This wonderfully racy and vibrant expression of mountain-grown Riesling has granny smith apple, lemon zest, and honeydew essence inthe aromas.  The palate is refreshing with just a hint of residual sugar balanced out by the wine’s great acidity (and low ph:2.72!). Amazing with food or by itself.
