Established in 2010 by our friend and Sommelier Dave Bender and The Wine Hunter, we wanted to offer a product that combined his wine experience and passion for entertaining friends and family with the Brutocao family’s 74 year history of growing grapes and producing wine.
THE GRAPE 100% ZINFANDEL
TASTING NOTE Fruit for this wine is sourced from two of our best producing vineyards- Bliss and Feliz vineyards. A variety of soil types coupled with the hot days and cool nights allow for a rich, fruit driven wines to be produced. This balanced Zinfandel has aromas of dried cherries, mocha, and tobacco followed by flavors reminiscent of blackberry jam. The mid-palate is round with black pepper dominating; the finish has soft tannins with a hint of chocolate.
