Cuvée Rosé or “J’aime Rosé”, as the rear label reads. Santa Ynez Valley is all about its unique geography and microclimates, producing low yields and high levels of natural acidity. Our Rosé is a dedicated Rosé, harvested early to produce a wine low in sugar and low in alcohol, a refreshing, bright and dry wine that’s salmon-pink in color with mouthwatering acidity. It’s a perfect food wine and complements a holiday turkey, duck and other game beautifully. That’s not to say that a glass of Rosé on a summer day with most any food isn’t close to perfection.
