Quick Overview

Bright, saturated ruby to the rim. Strong bitter chocolate oak and graphite minerality on the nose, along with primary aromas of crushed blackberry and licorice. Dense and plush, showing an enticing sweet/savory balance and lovely minty lift to the primary black fruit and spice flavors. This extremely unevolved wine has the energy for a slow and graceful evolution in bottle and its powerful, youthfully aggressive tannins demand patience.
